Dr. Firestone provides mediation, conflict resolution, negotiation, and dispute resolution systems design training throughout the United States and the world. Many of these courses including Family, Dependency, Appellate and Circuit Civil Mediation Certification Courses (which are approved by the Florida Supreme Court and/or Association for Conflict Resolution) are offered in Tampa, Florida and can be found at My Florida Mediator. In 2016, Dr. Firestrone is also scheduled to teach a Florida Supreme Court approved Family Mediation Cerfication Course in October in New York City for the American Arbitration Association and a Negotiating and Mediating Healthcare Disputes Course for University at Sea on a cruise ship sailing in the Caribbean in November.
Gregory Firestone, Ph.D. is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, Circuit Court, Appellate, Dependency and County Court Mediator; an Association for Conflict Resolution Family Mediation Advanced Practitioner; a Diplomate Member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators; and a Clinical Psychologist. He has been a mediator for over 30 years and mediates family, business, circuit civil, healthcare, dependency, ADA, and other disputes.

Dr. Firestone helps government and businesses develop cost effective dispute resolution systems that can efficiently resolve a wide range of disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner. These dispute resolution systems often include multiple options for encouraging collaborative dispute resolution to resolve complaints and disputes with the assistance of a trained dispute resolution coordinator. Such programs have been very successfully employed to resolve employment, vocational rehabilitation, healthcare, and business disputes.
